Skidmarks is clearly the dumbest member of the Doom Patrol. He is overweight and he wears a black and white stripped shirt and a blue beanie hat. He carries a club with a couple nails in it. He tries to follow orders, but his stupidity knows no bounds. Instinct: to do what Mr. Saint says.
