Drows are masters of alchemy and chimerism, having created several unique creatures. Driders are chimeras made from drow criminals, permanently fused to the body of giant spiders. While there are some advantages, the relatively short lifespan of giant spiders causes the drow to rapidly age. Interestingly enough, driders breed true and those born as driders do not suffer from a vastly decreased life span. Instinct: To serve the drow
