The Vox is the voice of the Sleepless One in Mort Tanis. They march through the streets shrouded in purple cerements and utter ridiculous decrees that the Sleepless One conveys to them telepathically. Individually, they aren't strong, but they possess a psionic attack which causes incredible pain. They fight in groups, if they're backed into a corner, but they prefer to rely on soldiers to do the fighting for them. Instinct: Enforce
