These small creatures (3' tall) have bright blue skin with orange eyes. They are mediary between Goblins and Kobolds and generally attack the latter, though they will unite against their common foe - Hobbits. Svarts will seek to attack halflings on sight, blindly and later cook and devour them if possible.
